Well, it was tough for David anyway. He is so bored! Overnight, his fever finally broke. I went in to check on him and he was wringing wet!!! He kept telling me today...hey mom, we can go play baseball because I am well now. That was then followed up by "why are you so mean not letting me play baseball...I am not sick anymore" LOL Oh kids...gotta love 'em. While he was feeling so much better, we knocked out some school work. He has a lot to make up since he has been out of school since Friday. One of his assignments was to write a paragraph about what he wants to be when he grows up. This is what he wrote:
When I grow up I want to be a K9 police officer. Why? 1. I could follow the bad people with my K9. 2. I will do a lot of running and that is good because I am fast! 3. I would have a dog to take care of. 4. It is my wish of my life. 5. I will be able to be in a police car. Most of all, I will have a dog.
I think he has it all planned out, whatcha think? :-)
Back to work tomorrow hopefully! Tonight, Joshua wasn't feeling well, so we shall see if he is going to fight something off or if it will catch him too. :-(
