Whew...today has been super busy. I went grocery shopping (which ... btw...don't do this after they announce the SNOW word on the weather!). Then, I came home with my menu in hand and made some meals for the week. I am freezing them and thawing on whatever day. I made McGriddles (MommyGriddles), among other things. Yep...this is what a kitchen sink looks like after a day of feeding the freezer!
