Would someone please explain

why I am sitting here at the computer, waiting for the second batch of cupcakes to come out??? Tomorrow morning is our "last" game of the season in baseball. Of course, that means.... party afterwards. Yep..I said I would make the cupcakes. So, I put them in the oven. I set the timer. The timer goes off. I am downstairs working on the certificates for the boys. Josh says he just turned off the timer instead of taking out the cupcakes, like I told him. OK, so what does that lead us to.... BURNED cupcakes. I wonder why my oven is malfunctioning. I mean....Josh said it was supposed to turn itself off and stop cooking immediately. Grrrr. So, here it is...12:10am on Saturday and I have just finished the certificates. The cupcakes are cooling. I will frost them in 5 hrs. And, if it rains tomorrow, I am going to use the burned ones for hockey pucks, I guess. I mean...gotta find a bit of fun and it will let out some frustration! LOL
Oh a better note...went to Relay for Life tonight. Very inspiring!!!! Awesome, awesome. I will try to post pics later. For now...gotta get that cupcake holder. I mean....if the dogs get into these cupcakes, I will have to ... well, let's just say I am going to get the cupcake holder now! LOL
