So done!

I am so ready for school to be done. David is too. And, Josh is too! David HATES third grade. Let's just say that his teacher hasn't been a match for him. He came downstairs to me this morning crying because he left his folder in my room and his teacher would not allow him to come get it. Before announcements this morning, I had the office page him to get it. He came down crying saying "she said she didn't care that she was taking a point anyway". She is just over the top right now. I so totally do NOT agree with her methods...but only 4 more days. David begged me saying "mommy, if 4th grade is as terrible as 3rd, would you PLEASE homeschool me?". So sad that any child has to feel that way about school. It should be an enriching time...not a time to kill their self esteem and self worth. David feels like he is a failure at everything and I know that it is because he feels so worthless at school.
On a positive note.... Josh and David both passed all the CRCT with flying colors!!!! They are awesome. :-) I am so proud of my boys. They make a mama proud. :-)
4 more days....4 more days....4 more days.... 28 hrs, 2o minutes and 20 seconds. Nope...not counting down at all.
