Wow...today was the first day of CRCT and thank God that is done...at least day one. Josh got up this morning ready and excited. David got up moody and not wanting to get going. Yep...my kid...not the morning type! They both said it wasn't bad and they thought they did good. :-) David said there was even a story in his that was about a dog named Daisy. :-)
I proctored for the test today. After the test, I had nothing to do since all my kids were in small group testing. So, to pass the time, I finished reading my book, Angels In The ER. It was a GREAT book! I can't wait to pass it on to mom to read! Now, tomorrow, I am going to start the book "The Shack". I have heard so many reviews on it...most good. I understand that as long as you remember the book is a metaphorical picture of God, then it is great. It is an emotional book so I am sure I will be crying! I tend to cry with those types of books.
Tonight, to unwind, I made a couple of recipe cards for my scrapbook swap. It is a crock pot recipe swap and of course, these two are my favorite recipes....
